It is your job to lead operations and seek solutions and results that create a high-performing work environment.

What You'll do as a Senior Store Director/Manager:
Partner with the District Manager to develop a successful store team (top to bottom)Work peak store hours, including weekends (Not to worry you will get two consecutive days off Mon/Tue)Drive a customer-centric culture, through coaching, engagement and teamworkPartner with the Food Service Team by ensuring policies and procedures are followed that maximize sales and productivity while controlling wasteImplement best practices, measure operational efficiencies, continuously improve productivity and achieve operational standards of excellenceCollaborate with the District Manager and Regional Director to implement company initiatives, business plans, budgets, and P&L managementYou'll be a Great Fit if You Have:
Over 3 years of previous retail management experience in positions of increasing responsibility OR a bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred) in conjunction with 1
years retail management.
Over 1 year of food service management experience in a QSR, bakery or fast-food environment, with preferred emphasis in ready to eat foods; experience in a convenience store environment a plus.
