Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.
Entry Rate: $21.91
Benefits Eligible: No
Shift Details: This is a PRN position which means there are no guaranteed hours or shifts. Must be willing to be flexible and work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Department: Medical and Surgical Nursing
Additional Details: Must be able to respond to call at the hospital within 30 minutes
Minimum Requirements
Current RN License in state of practice.
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Basic computer skills.
Must be able to respond to call within 30 minutes
Physical Requirements
Carrying, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pushing/Pulling, Seeing, Speaking, Standing, Walking.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
